Summer BBQ

We held our annual summer BBQ yesterday. As usual it was a family friendly event with games and competitions for children and adults. The pupils from Digby C of E school provided a spectacular array of entries for the colouring competition, plot holders entered the best of their produce in the veg competition and there were prizes for the Hoop a Pest and Flower Power games as well as the Adopt a Plot draw.

We also opened the new composting toilet. This was a much requested and long awaited addition to the site and we hope it will serve the needs of the plot holders, their families and visitors for many years to come.

The summer and halloween events are an important part of the annual calender as it gives us a chance to get togerther socially and open our gates to the village and wider community, we would like to thank all of you who were able to attend and make the day special.
